This mess from a guy who claims tech cred

Would you think an audio app from a self-described tech junkie would work nearly flawlessly? Particularly one for which the Rush 24/7 service costs a pretty penny? Uh, no. Sorry. Im beyond counting the crashes, downtime, and moments of hair pulling frustration with this thing.
Today I can hear neither the live broadcast nor any podcasts on my iPhone 6 Plus. This after deleting and reinstalling the app twice.
Perhaps I might try bopping on over to Pandora or iHeart and listening to an instantaneous and flawless stream of comforting music.
Truly shameful.
